Primera

Hello all!
I have news about the Dr. Pulley clutch. My friend Pepe (he has no PC (!) and this is the cause he is not registered in forum) has a Xciting ABS a little older than mine (and j.costa EVO 2 installed) and he suffers from the clutch noise and sometimes slippage.
Since I did the investigation job regarding the Dr. Pulley clutch and I talked about it to him, he has decided to purchase it to Paul from unionmaterial directly.
We ordered the HiT251702 clutch and B282201-160K clutch bell. Earlier than a week we received the package. Paul is an authentic professional, he was attending the shipping process and he answered all the question we had.
I attach some pictures and I list the package content.
-Clutch. Look at the last photo to see the “traditional springs”, clutch springs. Look at the fourth photo to see the “pillow springs”, these are the springs that enlarge the slippage force against the bell in maximum engine torque time.
-Bell. Much more “beautiful” than the stock one. Third photo.
-Clutch springs.6 sets of different resistances. Second photo.
-Pillow springs. 4 sets of different resistances. Second photo.
-Adjustment washers for contrast spring. Second photo.
-Some spare parts, mounting scheme, spring characteristics table, turnkey and sticker. First photo.
We hope to mount it in half December. Then I will write the first impressions. The matter about Pepe and PC’s is a lost battle…
Regarding the price, if someone is interested, I prefer you ask to Paul (paul@unionmaterial.com) directly because we enjoy a discount due to be the pioneers…
I can tell you the clutch price is a little more expensive than Malossi one and bell is a little cheaper. Perhaps due to shipping costs (85 €) the total price is a little expensive. We are sure this is a good investment.
Besides, I write the post in English because I will send the link to Paul in order to ask him to read it.
When we have news I will post them.
Best regards,
